How to run OT/Equinox bundles in an OT/Equinox Framework

Load sequence is still very fragile in OT/Equinox, but with these rules it seems to work:

• Leave all framework bundles/fragments including OT/Equinox at
  • default start level (4) and
  • default Auto-start (=true)
• Assign all application bundles to
  • start level 5
  • default Auto-start
• Avoid racing between base/aspect bundles by
  • not starting any window/application within bundle activators, but
  • define a separate "main"-bundle which starts the application
