Support quickfix "materialize inferred callout" for callout-to-field, too.

After #30 is solved, those inferred callout-to-field should be supported by the existing quickfix "materialize inferred callout", too.

Implemented by r17816.

This only creates the callout-to-field binding. For transforming the field access into an accessor call #43 has been entered.
