Team Monitor does not show nested values

Description

Fields of a team displayed in the Team Monitor can not be expanded.

Also: the context menu of a team lacks several entries that are available on the team's fields.

Attached patch TeamMonitorVariables.diff (made against r17803) solves the issue of expanding variables in the team monitor. However, the payload of this patch is only: make VariablesContentProvider applicable to the TeamView. Thus, an aspect should be able to solve this much more elegantly.

Part 1 (expandable variable details) is solved in r17805 by a tiny aspect rather than the conventional heavy weight solution of attachment:"TeamMonitorVariables.diff" Download.

Changing severity to minor for the remaining part of missing context menu entries.
